Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics is the set of general ethics rules addressed to all board members, managers and employees, as well as collaborators in various ways of Dinazzano Po spa. The code transmits behaviors based on honesty, transparency and correctness in daily work.

The Supervisory Body (ODV)
Dinazzano Po spa has adopted a model of organization, management and control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, subject to constant implementation in line with the evolution of the legislation and has appointed the Supervisory Body. This Body has the task of supervising the operation, effectiveness, adequacy and observance of the Dinazzano Po spa Organization, Management and Control Model, published on Rail Mobile and on the website. The Model is intended for company personnel and third parties, who come into contact with the company, and contains rules of conduct aimed at preventing the commission, for the benefit of society, of specific crimes, identified by legislative decree 231/2001.
The supervisory body, which is endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control, is composed of:

The Supervisory Body is responsible for collecting the news related to the actual or attempted violations of the Code of Ethics, the Model of Organization, Management and Control (MOG 231), the Statutes and regulations of DP. Therefore, anyone who comes into possession of information regarding the potential commission of crimes or conduct not in line with the provisions of the Code of Ethics, MOG 231, the Statute and the DP Regulations is invited to give immediate news to the ODV, also anonymously. In compliance with current laws, reporting agents are guaranteed against any form of retaliation, discrimination or penalty, and in any case the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity is ensured.
